Cellular Therapy Accreditation Committee
Purpose:
The Cellular Therapy Accreditation Committee maintains oversight of cell therapy program accreditation. It reviews inspection reports in a timely, fair, and consistent manner, and provides recommendations to the FACT Board of Directors regarding applicant program accreditation status.
