Kimberly Kasow, DO - Boot Camp HOST Director, Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant Program, Marrow Collections Medical Director UNC Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program Dr. Kim Kasow is the Director of Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant at UNC with a primary clinical research interest in providing hematopoietic cell transplantation to patients with sickle cell disease. She is the Associate Director of Quality Initiatives for the UNC BMTCTP adult and pediatric program and the Associate Director of Quality for the UNC Advanced Cellular Therapeutics Facility." She is a current member of the FACT Board of Directors, serving as the Treasurer, the Chair of the FACT Finance and Quality Management Committees, and Vice-chair of the FACT Technology Committee. Dr. Kasow is also a member of the Cellular Therapy Accreditation Committee. Dr. Kasow has served as a Clinical Hematopoietic Cellular Therapy, Clinical Immune Effector Cellular Therapy, and Marrow Collection FACT inspector since 2006. |

Annette Chewning, BSN, RN TCT Quality Coordinator Research Medical Center Annette is the Quality Coordinator for the Sarah Cannon Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program at Research Medical Center (SCTCTP-RMC) located in Kansas City, Missouri. Annette has over 30 years of nursing experience , the last eight years have focused on quality; improving patient care, experience, and outcomes. She has been in the role with SCTCTP-RMC for the last three years during which time her focus has been preparing the program for its very first FACT accreditation. The program was granted FACT Accreditation in January 2022. Annette earned her diploma in nursing at St. John’s School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri State University. |

Priscilla DaSilva Priscilla Dasilva has 14 years’ experience in cellular therapy quality management and regulatory compliance in adult and pediatric transplant and cellular therapy clinical programs, marrow collection, apheresis collection, and processing facilities. Her experience extends into cellular therapy data management and blood product manufacturing. Currently, Priscilla DaSilva is the Manager of the Transplant and Cellular Therapy Regulatory and Quality Management program at City of Hope in California. She is also currently serving as a member of the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) Quality Committee. |

Leigh Gates, CPHQ Leigh Gates is the Manager of Clinical Quality for the Blood Disorders & Cell Therapies Center (BDCTC) at UCHealth in Aurora, Colorado. She manages the quality program for all hematologic malignancy, BMT, Immune Effector Cell and general hematology patients for the system, as well as oversees data management for the center. Leigh has over 15 years of experience in oncology quality and improvement with past experience in advocacy and patient experience as well. Prior to UCHealth, Leigh held positions at the American Society for Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and Right Management Consultants. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a past member of ASTCT's Quality Committee and received her B.A. at University of Colorado, Boulder. |

Jacklyn Stentz, BSMT(ASCP), CPHQ Jackie is committed to establishing exceptional quality systems and fostering creative thinking. She has dedicated the last eighteen years to focusing that energy into transplant and cellular therapy. The experience gained from ten years with Moffitt Cancer Center and over seven years with Baylor University Medical Center has provided a wide canvas of complex opportunities including collection, processing, research, accreditations and regulatory, key performance indices, and quality improvement initiatives. Jackie has recently joined the Sarah Cannon Transplant and Cellular Therapy Network as the Quality Improvement Director. This new role includes focused efforts to provide standardization, resources, actionable data, and mentoring for the eight programs being served as well as Network level process improvement projects. |

Kimberly Ward MSN, RN, BMTCN, QIA Kimberly is the Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program Administrator at Novant Health, responsible for the program system wide in Charlotte and Winston Salem, NC since April 2019. She has an extensive background in Apheresis and Quality since 2014. Kimberly has been a FACT Apheresis Collection Facility Inspector since 2018. She is an alumni of Mercy School of Nursing (2013 RN), University of North Carolina (UNC) Wilmington (2015 BSN), and UNC Charlotte (2018 MSN). Kimberly holds the Blood and Marrow Transplant certified Nurse (BMTCN) and Qualification in Apheresis (QIA) credentials. |
