ISBT 128 Split Label Webinar

Thursday, March 14, 2024 (10am - 11am US/Central)

Interested in implementing ISBT 128's new labeling standard for cell collection for further manufacturing? Join FACT and an expert panel representing multiple stakeholders to learn more about the new ISBT 128 split label and its benefits to manufacturers, patient safety, streamlined apheresis operations, and site qualification. Colleagues from ICCBBA, SCB, FACT, NMDP, apheresis centers, industry, and more developed this new label, label specifications, and labeling processes based on feedback from apheresis collection sites. Hear from a FACT accredited site that has already implemented the label successfully and from an industry representative regarding how the label has been accepted by cell and gene manufacturers. Webinar presenters will provide information to assist sites with justifying implementation of the new label, learning the label's elements, and validating upgraded labeling systems.

At the conclusion of this live webinar, participants will be able to:
1. Describe the benefits of ISBT 128 Split labeling.
2. Explain the ISBT 128 Split Label components and structure.
3. Develop a plan to implement and validate the use of ISBT 128 Split labeling.
